It was a really amazing experience overall. Unique location, fully functional rooms, spotless inside and out. Absolutely courteous staff, were eager to help all the time. The bed was large and it was great having USB ports and iron/ironing board.

The check-in was fast, the service was superb, plus unbeatable location. Pleasurable hotel centrally located in the city. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to a good choice of restaurants, went to chez rioux & pettigrew couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

The bathroom was really small and Wi-Fi was horrible.

Had an excellent time. I enjoyed that it was neat and fascinating, the staff were FUNNY and rooms were non-smoking. And it also had scenic view. The restaurant was superb and the food was lovely.

The staff was best and the place was spotless. Prime location to basse ville. And it was steps away from a port. Breakfast was healthy and there was variety of food to choose from. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the roof top bar.
